RECON Storage Manager provides a simple utility to configure, monitor and manage Digi-Data T-2000/T-4000 Clustered RAID storage subsystems. Embedded directly in the controller's firmware, this browser accessible utility provides complete control over RAID and drive configurations, LUN confi gurations and masking, caching parameters, and more to enable the administrator to tune the system to the exact needs of any environment. It also provides continuous performance and health monitoring of every component in the system from controllers to the Disk Enclosure Modules (DEMs). Real-time information and error logs are available for drive conditions, temperature, fan speeds, power supplies and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). To simplify confi gurations and set-up, a quick start wizard automatically discovers and provides a set of choices based on capacity, performance, or balanced architectures. With RECON, there is no software to purchase or install and no special training required.
