The Idealstor 1 Bay is available in two different configurations - SATA offering data transfer rate upto 300 MB/s and PATA offering data transfer rate upto 50 MB/s. Each disk can be removed for offsite storage allowing you to backup to disk without having to use tape for offsite storage and archival.
