Vice President and Principal Analyst Gene Leganza to share their data virtualization expertise and Composite-enabled success stories at upcoming Forrester Research Enterprise Architecture Forums scheduled for San Francisco, CA and London, UK.
Pfizer's Michael Linhares, Ph.D. and Research Fellow and leader of the Business Operations Group within Pharmaceutical Sciences, will join Leganza in San Francisco at Forrester's Enterprise Architecture Forum 2011 where they will present "Key Technology Trends That Will Change Your Business: Say Goodbye To Information Silos and Hello To Information Agility With Information-As-A-Service" on February 18, 11:15am – 12:00pm . Linhares was instrumental in development of Pfizer's Research Information Factory (RIF), global reference data implementation, introduction of data federation and other enterprise data integration projects and will share his experiences in delivering agile business intelligence utilizing the Composite Data Virtualization Platform in an Information-as-a-Service (IaaS) architecture.
On March 16, executives from Deutsche Bank and Pfizer will join Leganza in London, England to present on the same topic at Forrester's Enterprise Architecture Forum EMEA 2011. Murat Erder, Director, Enterprise Architecture for Deutsche Bank, and Pfizer's Peter Green, Portfolio Management & Analytics Integration Director along with Leganza will discuss how IaaS offers a flexible data integration platform to enable access to any type of data, on any platform, using a wide range of interface and data access standards. Erder will present Deutsche Bank's experiences using Composite's data virtualization software to provide timely and consistent reference data locally.
