The OPAL catalog is designed for customers to easily identify storage software management solutions that are part of an online ecosystem for sharing Tivoli integrations and solutions developed by IBM and IBM Business Partners (ISVs). The Ready for IBM Tivoli Software validation simplifies the total storage software management purchase by ensuring that IBM and third party solutions, such as the BCS, are compatible for their critical business needs. Asempra's BCS solution protects SQL, Exchange, and Windows File Server applications and data through a patented approach that captures and indexes all data events, creating a virtualized data store that allows instantaneous recovery to any point-in-time.
