STORServer, an industry leading manufacturer of all-in-one suite of Business Continuity Appliances, announces recently that Laura Buckley has been named president of the company. Along with her new role, Buckley will continue as chief operating officer of the company. Formerly, she served as STORServer's vice president of product development.

For personal reasons, John Pearring, former STORServer president and chief executive officer, has decided to step down from his position. Pearring has delivered eight years of outstanding leadership and dedication, and has greatly contributed to the company's immense growth. He has accepted the position of vice president of customer services.

"I've been with STORServer since its inception, and it is truly an honor to advance to this position as recognition of my commitment to and enthusiasm about this incredible company," said Buckley. "I look forward to expanding my efforts in my new role and to advance STORServer as a successful company and great place to work."

Buckley has more than 20 years of experience in software support, systems management, technical marketing, product development and engineering management. She is an expert in solving business problems related to systems and storage management.

Bob Antoniazzi, former STORServer vice president of business development, is taking over the position of chief executive officer. In his new role, Antoniazzi will be working with Buckley and the Board of Directors to plan and direct STORServer's policies, objectives and opportunities.

"My focus will be working to develop new initiatives, assessing new markets and driving business opportunities to grow STORServer and help the organization define and achieve our strategic goals," said Antoniazzi. "Together, Laura and I will direct the development of the organization, as well as our products, solutions and services in order to continue our growth and success."

Prior to STORServer, Antoniazzi served as senior director of business operations and product strategy for EMC Corporation. He has also served in executive roles at several start-ups where he provided technical and business leadership that successfully drove these companies into the marketplace.
