To support customers' ongoing commitment to business continuity, STORServer offers Disaster Recovery Consulting Services to assist customers in their preparation, testing and rapid response in disaster situations.

We offer three types of DR services:

Disaster Recovery Planning and Support
STORServer will work with you to conduct a complete analysis of your disaster recovery plan. On-site support is provided should an actual disaster occur.

Disaster Recovery Onsite Test
STORServer will provide once yearly, on-site assistance during customer scheduled disaster recovery testing.

Disaster Recovery First Response
STORServer will provide 24x7x365 on-site response to customers in need of actual disaster recovery. Every effort will be made to get on-site within 12 hours; 24 hours response time is guaranteed.
