EPICa RAID system is the new generation of RAID products capable of supporting SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) and SATA drives. With the special design, EPICa family not only save the space but can also minimize the noise of the fan by better cooling rate. Nevertheless, the power supply case adopted the design of devices for hot swapping, so users can access the continued read/write to reduce the risk of data lost.
With MAID (Massive Array of Idle Disks) technology, Proware provide EPICa 42 bay storage solution to help enterprises save 40~60% power consumption, and even reduce the heat and maintain cost for storage.
